On July 4, 1776, our Founding Fathers established the original thirteen colonies as a sovereign nation of one, the United States of America. In celebrating our nation's independence, I hope you were all able to spend some much-deserved time with loved ones and thank those who have fought and are still fighting so bravely to uphold the freedoms of our nation that we hold dear to our hearts.
I was blessed with the opportunity to spend yesterday in the Augusta area where I was able to participate in some of the Fourth of July festivities throughout the community!
I attended the Fourth of July BBQ at the Liberty Park Community Center in Grovetown.

I attended the Columbia County Fourth of July Celebration at Patriots Park!
I also attended the Richmond County Fourth of July event.
