Biden's Botched Withdrawal in Afghanistan Over the past week, we have seen a heartbreaking humanitarian crisis unfold in Afghanistan following Biden’s botched withdrawal of U.S. troops. Unlike the conditions President Trump put on Afghanistan for withdrawing troops, President Biden threw out all leverage and allowed the Taliban to takeover within a matter of days, without first ensuring the evacuation and safety of Americans or our Afghan allies. According to the Pentagon, there are thousands of American citizens still in Afghanistan. If you know of someone in Afghanistan seeking evacuation, please contact my Augusta office. I have dedicated caseworkers who are already working with over a hundred folks to get them home.President Biden must stop passing the blame and be held accountable for this botched withdrawal. His Administration must provide Congress with a clear plan to evacuate all U.S. citizens and answer questions on this national security failure.

Biden's Botched Withdrawal in Afghanistan

Over the past week, we have seen a heartbreaking humanitarian crisis unfold in Afghanistan following Biden’s botched withdrawal of U.S.

I have dedicated caseworkers who are already working with over a hundred folks to get them home.

President Biden must stop passing the blame and be held accountable for this botched withdrawal. His Administration must provide Congress with a clear plan to evacuate all U.S. citizens and answer questions on this national security failure.
