Today, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H. Res. 771, a bipartisan resolution, which Congressman Rick W. Allen (GA-12) co-introduced, affirming the United States stands with Israel as it defends itself against the barbaric war launched by Hamas and other terrorists. After voting in favor of the resolution, Congressman Allen issued the following statement:

"I’ve had the distinct honor of visiting Israel on several occasions, and I believe the unwavering bond between our two nations can never be broken. I was proud to work with my colleagues to introduce this important resolution expressing the House's support for our ally Israel. Today’s resolution passed in an overwhelming bipartisan manner—sending a resounding message to the world that Congress stands in solidarity with the people of Israel against the evils of Hamas’ terrorism and brutality."
